Shipping Policy

Once you confirm your order, you will not be able to edit or cancel it. If you want to change the customer address, please check if this option is available in your account. We are not obligated to make these modifications to your order, but we can try our best case by case.

The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to You upon delivery to the carrier. Your responsibility is to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if the carrier’s tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. If this is the case, MerchLovers will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

If the carrier’s tracking indicates that a Product has been lost, it may make a written claim for a replacement of the lost Product following the Return Policy. All claims must be made 30 days after the delivery date.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
